Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room overlooked the ocean and boardwalk, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was exceptional, from valet parking to dining at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the boardwalk, allowing easy access to shopping and other casinos. The dining experience at Caesar's Palace was exceptional. I can't wait to come back!
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, being on the boardwalk, but the room experience left a lot to be desired with issues like blood stains on towels and a lack of prompt housekeeping response. The service was friendly, but there were some communication challenges with the manager. The dining options were simple and overpriced. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I always love coming back to this hotel with family and friends when in the New Jersey area. The friendly staff always make our stay enjoyable. However, the outdated and not so clean rooms could use some improvement, especially with stains on the sheets and a lingering cigarette smell in the non-smoking room.
I felt like a cherished family member during my stay at Caesar's Atlantic City. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, equipped with fridges, mirrors, a vanity, Jacuzzi, and a sauna. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making sure I had everything I needed. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining options, and neighboring casinos. The dining experience was a bit lackluster, but the overall value for money was excellent.
The hotel offers good casino action, clean rooms with a beautiful ocean view, but lacks a minibar and has no smoking in the hallways. The service was satisfactory with friendly staff, convenient location near the boardwalk and shopping area. The dining experience was generally positive with a variety of selections. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers nice rooms with some drawbacks like finding a used plate in the hallway, additional fees for pool entry, and hidden charges. The service is friendly and helpful, although some extra costs may apply. The location is convenient, with proximity to stores and the boardwalk. Dining experiences can vary, sometimes average. The facilities are generally good, but certain unexpected costs may arise.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are directly across from the elevator but surprisingly noise is not an issue. The rooms are lovely but the beds may not be as large as expected. The service is commendable though the check-in process took a bit longer than desired. The location is convenient with proximity to various shops and dining options, and there's even a cigar and scotch relaxation spot. The dining experience is exceptional, especially at the Roma Cafe. Overall, a great stay with minor inconveniences.
